During their 2017 Wings World Tour, when the band was about to perform in Macau, Jimin suffered from health issues, which made him unable to perform. The singer was experiencing cramps in his neck and shoulder and had to rest and sit outside for the performance. However, the singer made sure that he apologized to the ARMYs who had come to attend the concert and see all seven members perform. After the opening of the concert, Jimin was seen addressing the fans, saying, “I’m so sorry. Let’s meet again soon, I love you and thank you.”

In the documentary, Jimin stated that he was not sure when he would return to Macau and reunite with fans. The singer also expressed his apprehension of missing out on stage as he said, “Our performance on stage will look strange. This can distract the audience and make the fans worry about me.” Jimin also stated that the Macau performance was the finale of his Wings world tour and that they all worked very hard for it, so he felt really bad about not being able to perform.
