Western Railway will standardize rakes of 6 pairs of trains. Ahmedabad News – Times of India

Ahmedabad : Western Railway It has been decided to standardize six pairs of long distance trains by rationalizing the number of coaches to 22 or less.
This will help in running more trains once the number of railway coaches is standardised.
According to a press release, the rakes of these trains will be standardized by integration of rake links to improve operational flexibility and thereby help in improving punctuality.
This will help in improving rake utilization, improving punctuality, reducing rescheduling and saving slots in pit lines.
This will improve the overall earnings of the Railways as well as the flexibility of train operations.
The train coaches whose coaches are being standardized are:
Train No. 19041/19042 Bandra Terminus – Ghazipur City Express (currently running) special train With someone 09041/42)
Train No. 22993/22994 Bandra Terminus – Mahuva Superfast Express (currently running as special train with 09293/94)
Train No. 22989/22990 Bandra Terminus – Mahuva Superfast Express (currently running as special train with 09289/90)
Train No. 22933/22934 Bandra Terminus-Jaipur Superfast Express (currently running as special train with 09233/34)
Train No. 22931/22932 Bandra Terminus – Jaisalmer Express (currently running as special train with 02929/30)
Train No. 22935/22936 Bandra Terminus – Palitana Superfast Express (On Restoration of Services)
