New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Had a meeting Foxconn President young liu on Thursday and said it welcomes the company’s plans to expand its electronics manufacturing capacity in India.

“Our thrust for EV manufacturing is in line with our commitment to net zero emissions,” he added.
Taiwan major Foxconn is reportedly planning to set up an electric vehicle manufacturing unit in India.
