WBJEE Counseling 2021: The registration, fee payment, choice filling and choice locking process for Round 1 of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) Counseling 2021 will be completed on 16 August i.e. today. As per the official schedule, the Round 1 seat allotment result will be released on August 19.
The result of round 1 seat allotment will be released on August 19. Candidates selected in the first round will have to pay the seat acceptance fee, report to the allotted institute for document verification or withdraw from the counseling process between August 20 and 24.
WBJEE 2021 counseling process will be completed in two phases. After this there will be a mopup round. While the first phase is exclusively for WBJEE-qualified candidates, the second phase will also include seats reserved for JEE Main candidates.
The counseling process has been conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering, architecture and pharmacy courses in 115 government and private institutions of West Bengal. The last date for counseling is September 11. The results of over 60,000 students who appeared in the WBJEE 2021 exam were released on August 6.
Round 2 allotment result will be published on 27th August and candidates who want to take admission will have to deposit seat acceptance fee. They will have to report to the allotted institutes for document verification from August 27 to September 2. Candidates can also withdraw from the counseling process during this period.
