BHUBANESWAR: The Swimming Federation of India (SFI) has commenced preparations for some of the upcoming major international events like Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and FINA World Championships as the national camp for men’s water polo is being conducted here.
“With a sports-friendly ecosystem and proactive support from the state government, Bhubaneshwar was the natural choice for the water polo camps. Moreover, the facilities and infrastructure at KIITS University and Kalinga Stadium tick all the boxes for us,” said Monal ChokshiSecretary General, SFI.
