WATCH: UAE-Based Indian Wraps Tesla in Tricolour

The 78th Independence Day of India on August 15 is like an emotional and unifying factor for every Indian citizen living within its boundary walls or anywhere in the world. So, this year, a UAE-based Indian, Iqbal Hatboor, celebrated it in the most unusual dress of his Tesla Cybertruck in Indian colors. Soon enough, his patriotic act became a gossip point, more so on social media, where thousands took appreciation for it.

The Dubai-based car wrapping company, Diablo Auto Accessories LLC, which did the same, posted a video of Cybertruck with the tricolour adornment on their Instagram page. The post said, ‘Cybertruck designed for Iqbal Hatboor. A great man with true patriotism towards his country, celebrating the 78th Independence Day of India in the UAE.’ Content creator and entrepreneur Iqbal Hatboor from Kasargod, Kerala, came up with this striking display to express his love for India.

The video went viral in no time, clocking more than 200,000 views and almost 28,000 likes on Instagram. It also triggered positive comments. One user wrote, ‘Respect from the heart,’ another one said, ‘Love you, sir. Such a beautiful message We’re all Indian.’ The third one wrote, ‘This is great, brother,’ and the fourth excitedly shared, ‘I just absolutely love this.’

For many, this was a patriotic act by Hatboor. Emotionally NRIs, no matter where they live, retain a close bond with their homeland. His vibrant expression on national pride over this very powerful and futuristic vehicle symbolized India’s progress and global presence.

Nothing fits the bill better in terms of communicating respect for that enduring spirit than a rough, high-performance beast like the Tesla Cybertruck. According to Tesla’s website, this car tows 11,000 lbs or nearly 4,989 kg and has an extremely hard stainless-steel exoskeleton with shatter-resistant armor glass. Additionally, it will be very serviceable on tough terrains due to its impressive specs: 12 inches of travel and 16 inches of clearance.
