Ganguly, who is in the United Kingdom, was accompanied by people like Jay Shah and Sachin Tendulkar and celebrated his birthday at a posh restaurant in London.

On this special occasion, former teammates and well wishers were flooded with messages asking him to give his best. The former Indian captain received warmth from his compatriots who hailed him as a great friend and an influential captain.

Retired Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh took to Twitter to send his greetings and said that Ganguly is a figure from whom one would be grateful to learn from.
