After almost a year abroad amid the pandemic, Sonam Kapoor met her father Anil Kapoor as she landed in Mumbai.
Actress Sonam Kapoor, who was in London with her husband Anand Ahuja during the COVID spread, recently landed in Mumbai and was welcomed and greeted by her father Anil Kapoor at the airport. About a year later, she became emotional after meeting her father. The video of daughter and father is winning hearts on social media.
Meanwhile, some netizens also questioned Sonam’s dress choice and wondered if she was pregnant with her first child. He and Anand tied the knot in 2018.
One of the social media users commented on Sonam’s pictures, “Is she pregnant?” Another netizen wrote, ‘Looks like she is pregnant. On the other hand, one of them supported her and wrote, “She is meeting her family after a long time, at least respect… .
On the work front, Sonam has wrapped up shooting for Sujoy Ghosh-produced thriller Blind in February. She will be seen in the role of a blind person.
The action-thriller revolves around a blind police officer who is on the hunt for a serial killer. The cast also features Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli and Lillete Dubey. The film is based on the South-Korean film of the same name which was released in 2011.
Meanwhile, Sonam has also expressed her support for the Film Heritage Foundation, and the work the organization is doing to preserve timeless classics.
