A CCTV footage accessed by India TV Captured visuals of twin blasts that took place in the High Security Technical Area of ​​the Air Force Station in Jammu on the intervening night of 26-27 June.

In the video, a flash of light can be seen emanating from the building, recording the moments of the blast carried out by Pakistan-backed terrorists. According to officials, the drones crashed at the IAF station at the Jammu airport in the early hours of Sunday, perhaps for the first time that suspected Pakistan-based terrorists have used unmanned aerial vehicles in an attack.

The explosions, which occurred at around 1.40 am, occurred within six minutes of each other. The first blast took place from the roof of a one-storey building in the high security technical area of ​​the Indian Air Force-run airport in Satwari area of ​​the city, while the second was on the ground.

Two Air Force personnel were injured in the incident. Jammu and Kashmir Police Chief Dilbagh Singh has termed it a ‘terrorist attack’.

Meanwhile, an FIR under relevant sections of the Explosive Substances Act, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered at Satwari police station on the application of a junior warrant officer of the Indian Air Force.
