Marathi actors Hardik Joshi and Akshay Deodhar, who shot to fame with the popular serial Tujhayat Jeeva Rangla, have been making headlines ever since their wedding. From reel to real life couple are enjoying new happiness these days. The couple tied the knot on 2 December. As fans are still going through the pictures from the dreamy wedding and pre-wedding rituals, another video is doing the rounds on the internet. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde gave his blessings to the newly married couple.

In a video shared by a paparazzo on Instagram, Hardik is seen holding a tab while CM Shinde video calls him. The CM can be seen traveling in his car and wishing him. In this, the couple can be heard saying thank you.

The love-struck couple met in the Marathi soap opera Tujhayat Jeeva Rangla, Akshay played the role of Anjali while Hardik played the role of Rannvijay. The two fell in love on the sets of the show. Akshay and Hardik’s on-screen chemistry was well received by the audience. Hardik and Akshay got engaged in an intimate ceremony on 3 May. The videos and pictures took the internet by storm.

On the show Bus By Bus, Hadiq revealed how he proposed to Akshay. They shared that they both have known each other for five years. They bonded well when they met on the sets of Tujyat Jeeva Rangala.

“It was my mother who told me to propose marriage to Akshay. He told me, ‘Now you are at home for some time to think about your marriage.’ She also said, ‘This is the right time to get married, otherwise you will be busy with your other projects.’

On the work front, Hardik and Akshay will be next seen in the upcoming Marathi film Chatur Chor. The film will be directed by Amol Gole. The film is touted to be a horror comedy and has reportedly wrapped up its shooting in London.
