The pressure got to England who were not able to communicate properly which led to the dismissal of their last decent batter in Liam Livingstone who was left hanging after a poor call for a single by Jofra Archer.

Rohit Sharma-led team India have sealed their berth in the T20 World Cup 2024 final. The side will face South Africa on Saturday. Team India was on fire when they stepped onto the turf. From Rohit’s explosive batting to Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav’s superb bowling attack, India crushed the defending champions. Now, a video of England’s Liam Livingstone and Jofra Archer engaged in a heated conversation has surfaced online.

The incident took place in the second innings. During the 15th over, a lack of coordination between Archer and Livingstone cost Livingstone his wicket. While the wicket sparked celebrations amongst Indian cricketers and fans, Livingstone was fuming at the comical error that led to the run-out. The official Instagram handle of the Indian Cricket Team has now shared the video of the dismissal, sparking several reactions among fans.

Many fans voiced that India finally completed their revenge for the 2022 World Cup semi-final against England. One of them wrote, “Ever heard of perfect revenge? England defeated India by 10 wickets in the 2022 Semi Final. India took all 10 wickets of England in the 2024 Semi Final.”

India all-rounder Axar Patel was on the bowling duty during the Liam Livingstone dismissal. Axar sent the penultimate ball flatter with a good length and angled it onto the batter. Jofra Archer went hard for the ball but the delivery caught an inside edge down to short fine leg. Livingstone called Archer for a single but the batter said no and turned away.
