Actors Kartik Aaryan, Mrunal Thakur and Amrita Subhash, who will star in the upcoming Netflix thriller 7, will be guests on this weekend’s episode. A promo of the episode was shared on social media on Wednesday.
The footage of the episode shows Kapil having a conversation with Kartik. The comedian revealed how Kartik is following the path of his career and doing the same thing as himself. After mentioning the similarities in his professional choices, Kapil asked Kartik, “Have you ever thought that you would only follow top celebrities? (Have you decided you’ll only follow top celebrities?)

Kapil was then praising Karthik as he told him that he was very happy from the bottom of his heart. Explaining the reason for his happiness, Kapil said that he once did an advertisement for a brand which was later done by actor Akshay Kumar. The comedian then took a jibe at Akshay and said, “You know how he did a 3-year degree course on snatching people’s work. This (Karthik) is the first guy who Akshay Kumar The film China Lee. (He is the first person who snatched work from Akshay).”
Laughing at the joke made on Akshay, Karthik was seen hiding his face. Responding to Kapil’s joke, Karthik said, “I am looking for those guys who are telling my producer to take 100-50 kam le lo but Karthik’s film Hum De Do. (I am looking for those people). I am telling my producers) to give them less money but give them the films that I am doing.”

Significantly, Kapil was hinting that Karthik will be seen in the sequel of 2007’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Akshay was in the lead role in the first film.
Kartik’s upcoming film Dhamaka will stream on Netflix from November 19. The film stars Kartik as a news anchor who is put in an acute and dangerous situation.
