India all-rounder Hardik Pandya had a lovely visitor during an interview. The visitor, his son Agastya, entered the interview with delight, as Pancha Pandya sought permission to fulfill his commitment.

“How are you? Can I finish this and come please?” Seeing Agastya reacted a bindaas Pandya, who in turn pointed at the camera.

“Yeah, that’s the camera, that’s what Papa has to do,” Pandya answered his curious little one’s question.

Sharing the clip of that moment, BCCI wrote, “That terrifying moment when a surprise visitor came in during the interview of Papa @HardikPandya7.”

Pandya will be hoping to make an impact during the T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, where India will be hoping to win their first major ICC trophy in eight years.

India will face Pakistan in their first match of Super-12 on Sunday. The two arch-rivals have been placed in the same group which also includes Afghanistan, New Zealand and will also feature two qualifiers.

Meanwhile, the inaugural champions defeated England in a practice match on Monday evening.

Batting first, Jos Buttler-led England posted a challenging total of 188/5 in 20 overs. Jonny Bairstow top-scored with 49 while Moeen Ali scored 43* off 20 balls. Mohammed Shami took 3/40 in four overs for India.

In reply, India dominated with fifties from openers KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan. Rahul scored 51 runs in 24 while Kishan retired hurt after scoring 70 in 46.

Chasing the target, India won by seven wickets in 19 overs. They will next take on Australia in their second and final warm-up match on Wednesday.
