The Tri-Services Court of Inquiry into the helicopter crash, which led to the death of Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat, has concluded that the accident was a result of the helicopter colliding with clouds and hitting the area.
On December 8 last year, General Rawat, his wife and 12 others were killed in a tragic accident in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.
