The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has seized about 50 kg of ‘high-quality’ heroin, 47 kg of other suspected drugs and Rs 30 lakh in cash from Shaheen Bagh area in Delhi’s Jamia Nagar.
In a statement, the NCB said that the material was seized from a residence in Shaheen Bagh during a raid on Wednesday. One person was arrested during the raid. Besides the drugs and money, the NCB also seized cash counting machines and other incriminating material.
