Wasim Jaffer has trolled the iconic Lord’s Ground for the slopes.

The famous cricket venue has a peculiar slope that runs through the pitch, it starts from the north end to the south end and has a drop of 2.5 meters making it look a bit one-sided. The veteran inspired Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor to show the difference between the slopes.

Wasim Jaffer’s social media timeline is a treat for netizens. The former Indian opener is quite active on social media and is equally famous for sharing funny memes on happenings in the world of cricket. The Punjab Kings batting coach was once again at his finest on Thursday, 12 August as he took a peek at the famous slopes of the iconic Lord’s Cricket Stadium.

After a draw in the first Test, India and England are currently exchanging hostilities in the second Test of the series at the Lord’s Stadium in London. While both the sides will be desperate to draw blood first to take the lead in the five-match Test series, Jaffer posted a hilarious post depicting the playing conditions at the famous venue.

The famous cricket venue has a peculiar slope that runs through the pitch, it starts from the north end to the south end and has a drop of 2.5 meters making it look a bit one-sided. The veteran wrote a meme inspired by Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor to show the difference between the slopes of other cricket grounds versus the grounds at Lord’s. The first picture shows the actor in a straight angle/posture and has “Other Cricket Ground” written in bold. In contrast, in the second picture, the actor’s shoulders are slightly tilted to his right.

“That’s all you need to know about the sloppy smiling face of the famous god with open mouth and smiling eyes,” Jaffer tweeted.

Meanwhile, Team India would like to improve on their previous record at Lord’s. The visitors have a disappointing record at the venue, having played 18 Tests, winning just two while losing 12. During their last tour of England, the Virat Kohli-led side was competitive in four out of five Tests, but was definitely dropped. Thanks to a brilliant match at Lord’s, a century from Chris Woakes and a nine-wicket haul by James Anderson.
