Vivo officially announces launch date of V23 series smartphones in India – Times of India

Vivo The official launch date of its upcoming smartphone Vivo V23 in India has been revealed. Vivo India through its official Twitter handle has confirmed the official launch date for the smartphone as January 5, 2022.

Vivo India has started teasing the launch of its Vivo V23 series of smartphones on Twitter. Earlier today, the company posted the ‘Coming Soon’ poster of the smartphone which shows the gold color version of the phone.
A few hours later, the company posted another tweet that sheds light on the color changing assets of the smartphone. Vivo claims that this is the first smartphone to have a back panel that changes color.

GSMArena also posted a Vivo V23 teaser video on Twitter that shows the rounded corners of the smartphone and the curved display in gold colour. The teaser also shows two different smartphones – one with a curved display and the other with a flat chassis design like the iPhone 12/iPhone 13.
Vivo hasn’t officially revealed the exact details of the Vivo V23 model, but it looks like the company will launch two Vivo V23 smartphones next year.
The smartphone has been seen on several leaks, certification and benchmarking sites, which has revealed important information about the smartphone.
As per previous leaks, the Vivo V23 series is most likely to be powered by MediaTek 1200 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. In terms of the camera, the teaser video already confirms the 64MP primary sensor, which also matches the previous leaks.
