Vellore Institute technology VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2023 mock test has been released online on its official website viteee.vit.ac.in. For online mock tests, candidates are not required to type any login credentials. The objective of the mock test is to give the real experience of the entrance exam to the student. While going through the mock test candidates will also get an idea about the exam pattern and difficulty level.
Those appearing for VITEEE 2023 are advised to appear for these mock tests to have clarity about the entrance exam to be held from April 17 to April 23. The registration window for the exam is open till March 31. Only candidates with 60 per cent or above in Physics Chemistry and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) stream in class 12th are eligible to apply.
VITEEE 2023 will be an online computer based test for the duration of two and a half hours. There will be 125 multiple choice questions for the candidates to answer in the stipulated time. One mark will be given to the candidate for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong submission.
The test will consist of questions from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Aptitude and English.
There will be 40 questions in the Mathematics section. While there will be 35-35 multiple choice questions in Physics and Chemistry. As far as the Aptitude section is concerned, 10 questions will be asked, and the remaining English section will have five questions each.
The mock tests will be available on the official website of Vellore Institute of Technology. A candidate needs a laptop or computer and a working internet connection to take the mock test.
