Virender Sehwag, Brett Lee and Jonty Rhodes will play in the next edition of Legends League Cricket

second edition of league of legends Cricket All set to provide another unique and entertaining version to the cricket fans across the globe which includes former players. The second season of LLC will be played from September 20 to October 10.

The organizers had confirmed the participation of superstars like Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan, Muttiah Muralitharan and Misbah-ul-Haq for the second edition.

They have now added a range of former players to their list which includes Brett Lee, Albie Morkel, Jonty Rhodes, Liam Plunkett, Joginder Sharma, Ajantha Mendis and Dilhara Fernando (Sri).

Legends League Cricket CEO and Co-Founder Raman Raheja thanked the players and said that their association with the league will undoubtedly increase the prominence of the tournament and attract a massive fan base.

“With these additions, our second season continues to grow bolder and bigger. With great pleasure, we welcome him to the Legends family and look forward to seeing his magic on the field in LLC Season 2.” said Raheja. .

Former India opener Virender Sehwag was happy to be a part of the league after missing out on the previous edition of the tournament.

“I love being on the cricket field. I missed playing in the first season of LLC but it would be great to be back in the fray with LLC Season 2,” said Sehwag.

Spin maestro Muttiah Muralitharan revealed that he enjoyed being a part of its inaugural edition. He assured us that the current season will be even bigger and better for all.

The Sri Lankan legend said, “It would be great to be back on the field with LLC Season 2. We loved it during Season 1 and now with the new format, it will be more exciting.”

Former cricketers from other cricketing nations of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Australia and England participated in the first season of Legends League cricket. The Giants were divided into three teams representing India, Asia and the rest of the world.

Cricket lovers across the world watched their favorite players back in action. With the start of the second edition, fans will get another chance to enjoy the epitome of cricket and reminisce on the old moments gifted by these star players.
