At the airport, as Kohli prepared to leave for New York, he took a moment to chat with the paparazzi and fans. The paparazzi thanked him and his wife, Anushka Sharma, for the gift hampers he had previously given them. But, in a heartwarming gesture, Kohli credit Anushka for it. As paps said “aapke gifts achhe the”, King Kohli smiled and said “ma’an ne diya tha”.
Two weeks back, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma and her cricketer husband, Virat Kohli, surprised paparazzi with gift hampers to thank them for respecting their privacy. The couple, who recently welcomed their son, had requested the paparazzi to avoid taking pictures of their children. In appreciation of their cooperation, Anushka and Virat sent them thoughtful gift baskets.
In a video shared by a paparazzo, the contents of the goodie basket were revealed, including a power bank, a small bag for on-the-go storage, a smartwatch, and a water bottle, among other useful items. Sharing the video, a paparazzo wrote, “Today, we received a thoughtful gift delivery at our residence. The esteemed power couple, Virat and Anushka, kindly sent the gift to express their appreciation for our happiness and the arrival of our second child.”
Last month, Anushka returned to India with her son Akaay. She gave the paparazzi a glimpse of the second born and requested them to not take his pictures. “Anushka Sharma gave an exclusive sneak peek of the baby to the paps at the airport and also promised to meet soon for a get together. She will pose herself but not when the kids are around. One may recall that, earlier, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt had invited the paps to their residence for a get together. That time, Ranbir showed / revealed the angelic face of Raha to the paps from his phone! Even though she did not allow the paps to click photos or videos of her two kids, she did say that she would do a photo of herself when the kids are not around (sic),” a paparazzo revealed.
