Vijay Mallya attended his son Siddharth Mallya’s wedding in London. He posed for photos with groom and his wife, Jasmine.
Siddharth Mallya got married over the weekend and Vijay Mallya ensured he didn’t miss it. In photos surfacing online, the fugitive businessman joined his close family members and friends to celebrate Siddharth’s wedding with Jasmine. In one of the photos, Vijay posed with Sid and his wife. The family sported big smiles as they posed for the cameras.
Photos and videos have also revealed that Sid and Jasmine hosted two wedding ceremonies. While Sid suited up for a Christian-style wedding, in which his wife Jasmine wore a gorgeous white gown, Sid and Jasmine also performed a Hindu-style wedding ceremony. Check out a few photos below:
The wedding reportedly took place at Vijay Mallya’s $14 million estate in Hertfordshire. Vijay purchased the estate just a few months after he fled from India in 2016. The Kingfisher Airlines promoter has been accused of money laundering. He also owes an Indian bank Rs 9,000 crore connect to the downfall of his airline in 2012.
Meanwhile, Siddharth, who once dated Deepika Padukone, took to his Instagram account and confirmed he is a married man now. Sharing two pictures from his Christian-style wedding, Sid Mallya wrote, “MR & Mrs Muppet #justmarried #wedding.”
Jasmine also took to her Instagram Stories and shared the first photo. In the photo, Jasmine was seen wearing a white gown while Siddharth opted for a crisp suit. The couple appeared to have an outdoor wedding. Jasmine also gave fans a close look of their wedding ring. She shared a picture of their hands along with the caption, “Forever.”
The wedding festivities kicked off with Siddharth sharing a glimpse of the wedding party on Instagram. “Wedding week has commenced….❤️ #wedding #ily,” Siddharth wrote while sharing a picture with his bride-to-be. In the photo, the soon-to-be-wedded couple was seen posing behind a gorgeous rose installation. Sidhartha was seen wearing a white tuxedo with a pair of pink pants while Jasmine opted for a floral dress. The installation looked like a photo frame, giving the picture a beautiful spin.
Siddharth proposed to Jasmine in 2023. He popped the question on Halloween. In the photos shared on the occasion, Siddharth was seen dressed as a Halloween pumpkin whereas Jasmine sported a witch costume. Jasmine flaunted her engagement ring in the photo.
