J: As a part of the observance of Vigilance Awareness Week (October 26-Nov 1), ADGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh-IPS administered oath to the officers/employees of ZPHQ Jammu This morning at a function held at the Regional Police Headquarters premises.
On this occasion it was resolved to protect the integrity framework and code of conduct to ensure that we are not a part of any corrupt practices and can deal with incidents of corruption with utmost strictness.
Furthermore, as an organization it was resolved to lead from the front in eradicating corruption and uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and good governance in all aspects of our operations. Accordingly, follow Awareness Awareness week “Pratigya Samaroh” was also organized in all District Police Headquarters of Jammu Zone.
Vigilance Awareness Week also began in Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and the oath of integrity was administered by Anand Jain, IPS. ACB the headquarters.
Oath in ACB branches in Jammu and Srinagar was also conducted by the respective branch SSP. The Departmental Vigilance Officers (DVOs) also organized the oath ceremony in their respective departments.
Week to mark Sardar’s birthday every year Vallabhbhai Patel Which falls on 31st October, to raise awareness on Vigilance and as part of the program various programs like lectures, webinars and other related activities are organized in offline/online mode.
