Twitter Now allows users to upload and watch videos in better quality. The problem of pixelated videos has been going on for a long time for the users. The social media giant shared the news about the update on its support handle. “Some good news: We’ve made updates to improve video quality. Starting today, videos you upload to Twitter will look less pixelated for a better viewing experience.” The tweet said.

As The Verge reports, Twitter has removed a pre-processing step in its video pipeline during uploads. The delete step is used to split the video into smaller sections for ingestion. Additional processing is used to constrain the video quality.
App researcher Jane Manchun Wong also suggests that Twitter is working on video playback speed options. As per the image shared by him, the platform may soon have 4 video playback speed options – 0.5x speed, normal, 1.5x speed and 2x speed.
The company has recently added a new feature to it. empty space Which allows hosts to tag their spaces with up to three topics. There are currently only 10 topics to choose from – Finance, Music, Sports, Technology, Art-Culture, Home-Family, Career, Gaming, World News and Business.
Additionally, the company is also planning to introduce recording and replay features in the space. This New Feature Will Possibly Give Spaces an Edge club house.
Last week, the company also announced that it is working to fix the missing tweets. This issue has been plaguing users for some time now as tweets suddenly disappear as the app is refreshed. Twitter has acknowledged the issue and shared an update from its support account. “Let’s talk about tweets disappearing mid-reading when the timeline starts to auto-refresh. We know this is a frustrating experience, so we’re working on replacing that.
