Now, according to a new report in BollywoodLife, Vicky apparently wanted to tie the knot next year due to his shooting schedule. However, it was Katrina who stood firm on December 2021.

“She knew what kind of marriage she wanted. From what she would wear to the look she wanted to channel to the venue – she had chalked it all out. So when it was Rajasthan, it definitely couldn’t happen in May, as the state experiences heat wave at that time,” a source told BollywoodLife.

“She wanted an outdoor wedding with different customs by day, sunset and night. So the December wedding, with the perfect winter in Rajasthan, was apparently what her heart had chosen,” the source added.

It is also being said that Katrina will take a long break for all the preparations before her wedding. She is currently busy promoting her film Sooryavanshi with Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty.

Meanwhile, Vicky is currently working on the success of ‘Sardar Udham’. He will also be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming biopic on Sam Manekshaw, who was the chief of the Indian Army during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971.
