According to multiple reports, ChatGPT has reached 100 million users within two months and has more than 590 million views.

Indigenous financial technology firm Velocity on Monday launched India’s first AI chatbot called “Lexi” integrated with OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

Velocity has integrated this latest advancement in artificial intelligence with its existing analytics tool, Velocity Insights.

Indian eCommerce brands using Velocity Insights receive a daily business report on WhatsApp, which has led the company to integrate ChatGPT into the same WhatsApp interface.

“Since the launch of ChatGPT, our product teams have been brainstorming on how it can be leveraged to benefit our founders. Since Velocity customers already use Insights on a daily basis, we have integrated ChatGPT with the same interface they leverage to make business decisions,” said Abhirup Medhekar, Co-Founder & CEO, Velocity.in said in a statement.

ChatGPT’s integration with Velocity Insights empowers eCommerce founders by providing them with AI-powered business insights in a conversational manner, freeing up time for critical business tasks, the company said.

“Since its launch, Velocity Insights has helped my brand track revenue and marketing spend,” Mohit Mohapatra, CEO and founder of NaturePro, said in a statement.

“Now with the ChatGPT integration, I am also able to leverage AI as a personal assistant whenever I need help with my business. For example, I’m leveraging the integration to collect answers to questions related to performance marketing on a daily basis, along with copy writing.”

According to multiple reports, ChatGPT has reached 100 million users within two months and has more than 590 million views.
