PRAYAGRAJ: A Vedic Paint Soon it will be constructed at four places in Uttar Pradesh.
Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) Varanasi director DS Bhati told PTI that units will be set up at Barabanki, Varanasi, Ballia, and Meerut to make paint.
He added that the paint is different from normal as it contains no chemicals, is made from natural sources, and is just as durable as other paints.
He also said that its price is less as compared to other paints available in the market.

He said that currently two types of “Vedic” paints – white and distemper – are being manufactured at Sanganer in Jaipur under a pilot project.
He said that the commission is trying to bring the paint in other colors soon and is researching their designs.
