Vanessa Hudgens shared her disappointment when paparazzi photos of her leaving the hospital surfaced online without consent.
High School Musical alum Vanessa Hudgens and her husband, professional baseball player Cole Tucker, recently welcomed their first baby. The couple, who haven’t disclosed the baby’s arrival date, gender and name, had a special reason to celebrate as the family took the newborn home on Cole Tucker’s 28th birthday. Despite this happy occasion, Vanessa, taking to her Instagram Stories, shared her disappointment when paparazzi photos of her leaving the hospital surfaced online without consent.
Vanessa criticised the photographers for “invading their privacy and disrespecting their family’s special moments”. In photos released by various media outlets, Vanessa was seen leaving the hospital in a wheelchair, pushed by a nurse, while holding her newborn baby in her arms. Behind her, Tucker was spotted walking with the family’s bags. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the actress wrote, “We’re disappointed that our family’s privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media. Despite all of that, mom dad and baby are happy and healthy.”
Vanessa Hudgens officially revealed her pregnancy news at the 2024 Oscars while co-hosting the Red Carpet Show with Julianne Hough. Dressed in a stunning black gown, Vanessa proudly flaunted her baby bump. Interestingly, the special night marked Vanessa’s third time hosting the pre-show and Hough joined her for the first time.

In an earlier interview with ENews, Vanessa Hudgens shared her excitement about becoming a mother and claimed she was looking forward to introducing the child to her work. She said, “I’ll show my kids all my work. That’s why I chose things along the way in my career. I wanted to make sure that when I did have kids, there would be something for them to watch at every age. It’s really cute. I’m like, ‘I have a little action baby’.”
The actress recently won season 11 of The Masked Singer as the Goldfish and her last project includes Bad Boys: Ride or Die, alongside Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker started their relationship in November 2020. They chose a picturesque beach location in Tulum, Mexico, for their wedding, where they tied the knot in December 2023.
