The second dose using Cluster Model 2.0 should be done in villages/localities where the first dose was successfully administered through Cluster Model 2.0, giving priority to complete vaccination.
Through the cluster model, the villages will be divided into categories based on their vaccination status and the villages which have completed both the doses will be called ‘COVID safe villages’. Based on the vaccination assessment by the accountants, all villages will be divided into three categories – those with 95% or more first dose vaccination, 80-95% first dose vaccination, and more than 80% first dose vaccination.
