Sonbhadra: Two children were killed and their parents injured when a part of a coal-laden truck broke down in Pipri area of Anpara area.
Truck driver Shivnath (35), his wife Durga (30) and children compassion SHO Anpara Anjani Rai said that (8) and Arjun (7) were on their way to Varanasi, when the driver’s cabin got off the truck.
It is feared that the truck was old and rusted due to which the incident took place.
Two children of the couple died on the spot, while Shivnath and Durga were injured in the incident.
The matter is being investigated. The bodies of both the children have been sent for post-mortem.
