It has been told that the police while tracing a Brezza vehicle reached the agency in Zirakpur where the vehicle was given on rent. Naveen, who came there to collect the car in the CCTV footage, wore the same clothes that day, which he was wearing at the time of the robbery in the bank. Police was able to gather solid clues about the robbers with the help of vehicle number, clothes and CCTV footage. Then one after the other the five were nabbed from different places. At present, out of the amount of Rs 16.19 lakh looted from the miscreants, only Rs 2.40 lakh and the gun of the bank guard have been recovered. Now the police will try to recover the remaining amount of loot and other weapons used in the crime during the eight-day remand.
