Urvashi Rautela was also hospitalised last month after she suffered an injury while shooting an action sequence for NBK 109.
Urvashi Rautela left netizens confused on Wednesday when she took to her Instagram handle and dropped a video, revealing she has been hospitalised in Mumbai. The video showed the actress getting admitted to a hospital for a minor cut on her finger. In the clip, she sitting on a sofa, reading something with a mask on her face. Not just this, in the caption of her post, Urvashi wrote, “PRAY FOR ME”.
However, the snippet did not go well with the netizens. Soon after the video was shared, netizens trolled the actress. While one of the users sarcastically wrote, “surgery needed”, another user called her “overacting ki dukan”. “First Indian woman to admit in hospital after a small cut on finger,” a third comment read. “Areee kaafi khoon beh gaya, donor to nahi chahiye?” wrote another. “Praying for your slower recovery,” one of the comments read.
Last month too, Urvashi was hospitalised in Hyderabad after she suffered an injury while shooting an action sequence while working on Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming Telugu film NBK 109.
Interestingly, Urvashi Rautela’s hospitalisation comes a year after cricketer Rishabh Pant’s tragic accident. Back then, the actress shared a black and white photo featuring Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute, where Pant was admitted. Urvashi’s mother also took to social media and dropped a picture of the hospital and wrote, “Everything is all right don’t worry beta @urvashirautela.”
However, the mother-daughter duo was brutally trolled by many who accused them of stalking Pant. “This is mental harassment. If a man did this, he’d either be in jail or have a Netflix crime documentary in his name,” one of the Twitter users had written.
Reportedly, Urvashi and Rishabh dated each other in the past but parted ways on an ugly note. However, Pant has often maintained that he does not know the Bollywood diva.
Urvashi once mentioned that an ‘RP’ had her waiting for hours, which made people think that it was directed towards the cricketer. However, later, she clarified that the RP in her life was her co-star Ram Pothineni. Besides this, the Bollywood actress was also in Australia around the same time when Rishabh Pant was there for team India’s match.
