- Topper Shubham got 52.04% in UPSC 2020, but lowest marks in top 10 in interview

Jagriti, who ranked second, is only 2 marks less than topper Shubham, including written and interview.
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Cut Off Marks of Civil Services Exam-2020 and Individual Marks of the Candidates. According to the information released on Wednesday, topper Shubham Kumar has got 52.04% and Jagriti Awasthi, who is second, has got 51.95% marks. Shubham has got 878 marks in the written test of 1750 marks and 176 marks in the personality test (interview) of 275 marks.
Shubham has been on the top by getting 1054 number in the integer of 2025. Jagriti, who is second overall and topper among girls, has got 1052 marks. He has got 859 marks in written and 193 marks in interview. Ankita Jain, who was at number three, is only one point behind Jagriti. He has got 1051 marks. Ankita secured 839 marks in written and 212 marks in interview. This time a maximum of 215 marks have been given in the interview. At the same time, maximum 878 marks have been obtained in the written examination.
Prelims cut off
UPSC has also released the cut-off marks. The CS Prelims cut-off for the general category stood at 92.51. It has decreased steadily over the last few years. The cut-off in the main examination was 736 and in the final was 944 marks. The cut-off for OBC is 89.12 in Prelims, 698 in Mains and 907 in Finals.
The cut-off for SC category is 74.84 in prelims, 682 in mains and 876 in final. The prelims cut-off is 86.71 in ST, 648 in mains and 867 in final. The cut-off marks are generated on the basis of GS Paper-I only. Qualifying in GS Paper-2 was 33%.
