Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandant Exam 2023. Applications are open for 322 vacancies, Graduates can apply for the post. The official notice is available on the main website upsc.gov.in. Candidates can apply for the exam on the official website of UPSC- upsconline.nic.in. The last date to submit the application form is May 16.

Age Range:
The minimum age requirement is 20 years while the maximum age limit for CAPF AC exam is 25 years as on August 1, 2023. Meanwhile, the upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates.
Educational qualification:
Apart from the age limit, candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized institute.
UPSC CAPF AC Recruitment Exam 2023: Steps to apply
Step 1: Go to upsconline.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link ‘OTR for Examination of UPSC and Online Application’.
Step 3: Click on Apply Now.
Step 4: Fill the Part 1 Registration Form, pay the required fee and upload all the documents.
Step 4: To complete the process, select the exam center and submit the form as instructed.
Step 5: Save and download the confirmation page.
Step 6: Take a printout of it for future reference or use.

Selection Process
The commission will conduct the CAPF Assistant Commandant Exam 2023 on 6th August. The recruitment test will consist of two papers – Paper I and Paper II. As per the official schedule, Paper I will be conducted from 10 AM to 12 Noon while Paper II will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. Through this recruitment exam, UPSC will fill a total of 322 posts of Assistant Commandant (Group A) in CAPFs. Before applying for the Recruitment Test, candidates are advised to read the notification carefully.
