There was a dispute between two candidates named Tushar Kumar, who got 44th rank in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) result. One is Tushar, a resident of Rewari district of Haryana, and the other is Tushar Kumar, a resident of Bhagalpur, Bihar. The roll numbers in both the admit cards are also same. Both are claiming themselves on the 44th rank. Tushar Kumar of Bhagalpur has termed the admit card of another Tushar Kumar as fake.

Along with this, a complaint has also been lodged with the SP of Bihar’s Kaimur (Bhabhua). On the other hand, Rewari resident Tushar Kumar has reached the UPSC headquarters in Delhi on Thursday to clear the whole matter.

Tushar of Rewari said – My 44th rank: When the UPSC result came 2 days ago, there was an influx of congratulators at the house of late Brijmohan, son of Tushar Kumar, living in Satti Colony of Rewari city. Tushar’s ability was being praised everywhere. Because Tushar studied till 12th in government school. After this he did B.Com from KLP College and then started preparing for UPSC. During this his mother and father passed away. Tushar Kumar, who hails from a very poor family, claimed that he was the same Tushar who secured the 44th rank in UPSC in his third attempt.

Tushar of Bihar said – Rewari is misleading, Admit card is fake: Tushar Kumar, a resident of Bhagalpur in Bihar, has termed the claim of Tushar of Rewari as false and misleading. He said that the admit card of Tushar of Haryana itself is fake, it has been edited. It does not even have the water mark of UPSC.

Not only this, there is no Aadhaar card number on his admit card and no detail is coming on scanning the QR code on it. While the details of their name and address are coming after scanning the QR code on their admit card.

I asked for documents, Tushar from Haryana did not give them
Tushar of Bhagalpur told that when he talked to Tushar of Haryana over the phone. When the exam form has to be filled, during that time there are many such documents, which they asked from Tushar of Haryana, but he does not want to give them. After this Tushar has given a complaint related to this to the SP of Kaimur (Bhabhua). He has demanded action in the matter. However, UPSC will decide who is right and who is wrong in this whole matter.
