A search warrant has been issued against Maulana Kalim’s Global Peace Center in the matter of conversion.
The Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday arrested Islamic scholar Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui from Meerut on charges of religious talks. His name had cropped up during the investigation of the Umar Gautam case.
Umar Gautam was jailed in June after he was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Police for allegedly running a conversion racket.
