The Uttar Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2024 is set to commence on August 20, with registration process opening for aspiring medical students seeking admission to state quota seats. The official portal, upneet.gov.in, will be the primary source for all related updates and procedures.
Candidates can register online from August 20 to August 24, 2024. A registration fee of Rs 2,000 is required to participate in the counselling process, which must be paid through the official website. Additionally, candidates will need to deposit a security amount depending on their choice of seats.
While the security amount for state quota seats is Rs 30,000, for private medical college seats the amount is Rs 2 lakh and for private dental college seats the amount is Rs 1 lakh.
UP NEET UG Counselling to unfold in five distinct phases:
Registration for State Merit: Candidates must complete their registration on the official website to establish their eligibility.
Payment of Registration Fee: Following registration, candidates will need to pay the prescribed fee.
Deposit of Security Money: A further deposit is required to secure their place in the counselling process.
