However, his bail is pending in the merger of enemy properties in Jauhar University and another case in Lucknow registered at Azimnagar police station. SP has declared Azam Khan as its candidate from the city assembly seat. Khan’s son Abdullah Azam has been declared the candidate from the Sig seat of Rampur.
