UP CM Adityanath said ‘roots of terrorism’ Article 370 was ‘planted’ by Congress in 1952

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday launched a scathing attack on the opposition for the 2022 assembly elections, saying the “final nail in the coffin of terrorism” has been put. Narendra Modi-led government abrogated Article 370, which was “the roots of terrorism” and which was “imposed by Congress in 1952”, in Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking at an event in Lucknow, Adityanath said, “…the root of terrorism, which was imposed by the Congress in 1952, was the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir. It was the ‘last nail in the coffin of terrorism’. “

After the Congress, Adityanath also accused the Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh of “withdrawing” cases against terrorists and “registering complaints against Hindus”.

“During the Samajwadi Party government, cases against terrorists were withdrawn, terrorists were worshipped, cases were registered against Hindus. When we came to power, we waived loans of farmers while SP withdrew cases against terrorists who attacked Ram Janmabhoomi.

Meanwhile, he also praised his rule in Uttar Pradesh and said, “No mafia will dare to capture the property of the poor, if they dare, a bulldozer of the state government will run on their chest.”
