Educational Qualification

It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. This degree can be in any subject. After a bachelor’s degree, you have to do a three-year LLB course. If you want to do LLB directly after the 12th, then you have to do a five-year integrated LLB course (BA LLB).

Bar Council Registration: After obtaining an LLB degree, you have to register with the Bar Council of India. Passing the Bar Council Exam called All India Bar Examinations is necessary to get registered with the Bar.

According to Prince Pathak, a new advocate can get a salary of Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per month in the beginning. As experience and reputation increase, this salary can reach lakhs of rupees per month. Some renowned advocates charge fees of lakhs per case.
