Asim Riaz recently got into a heated argument with Rohit Shetty in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. The former was thrown out of the show.
Umar Riaz has seemingly defended his brother Asim Riaz against his fight with Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 host Rohit Shetty. Recently, Umar took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle and dropped a cryptic note which talked about “degrading” others.
“Dont degrade someone to a level that their worst demons comes out! After that anything that happens is not justified and never will be! Love can do wonders to a person and hate can make a person his own worst enemy! Just saying!” the note read.
Even though Umar did not mention Asim or Rohit in his post, the timing of his post has left netizens convinced that he is defending his brother. One of the users requested Umar to talk to his brother regarding his behaviour. “Plz make him understand that he is wrong..instead of taking his side tell him to change his behavior..agr ye harkat isne #bigboss mein ki hoti to #SalmanKhan ne industry se baahar nikalwa dena tha,” the comment read. “Please Asim ko samjhao he is not in BB anymore and everyone is not trying to bully him, he can just chill and live his life…it’s okay to accept a defeat,” added another.

For the unversed, Asim Riaz recently got into a heated argument with Rohit Shetty in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. The trouble started during a task where Asim, Aashish Mehrotra, and Niyati Fatnan had to collect flags from a seesaw. Only the top two would be safe from elimination. Aashish and Niyati finished the task, but Asim didn’t. This led the others to tell Asim he needed to take responsibility for his failure.
After failing the task, Asim said the challenge was impossible and told the team, “Do it in front of me. I won’t take a rupee from you guys. If you do it, I won’t take a rupee, camera is on.” Rohit then showed a rehearsal video where the team completed the task safely, explaining that they test everything before contestants try it.
Rohit Shetty then said, “Kal bhi tune bahot bakwaas ki (Yesterday also you said a lot of nonsense).” Refusing to listen to Asim, the angry filmmaker added, “Sun meri baat sunle warna mei utha ke yahi patak dunga. Aise mere se badtameezi nahi karna (Listen to be otherwise I will thrash you here. Don’t behave badly here).” Asim then walked towards Rohit, until being stopped by the team.
Asim was then asked to leave the show. “I wish him all the luck but now he can’t continue in this show. He has a point of view, no doubt about it and I respect that. I wish him all the luck. He is a young kid and may god bless him with success,” Shetty said.
