Lok Sabha elections are to be held in 2024. Before this, the central government is preparing to bring Uniform Civil Code (UCC). Union Minister of State Dr. Sanjeev Balyan reached Haridwar on Tuesday in support of UCC. He took a dip in the Ganges at the VIP Ghat of Hari Ki Pauri. After this, leaving for Muzaffarnagar picking up the kanwar.
Union Minister of State Balyan covered 82 km in 4 days. Will travel on foot. Meanwhile, meetings will be held at different places. Also will discuss UCC with Kanwariyas. On July 14, Lord Shiva’s Jalabhishek will be performed at Muzaffarnagar Shiv Chowk.

A few days before leaving for the Kanwar Yatra, Balyan had said, “A uniform civil code should be implemented in the entire country. For this, he will take out the yatra. He will be the first Union minister who will carry the Kanwar on the road for four days. In this yatra, 4 Crores of people participate, in such a situation, there will also be a chance to keep your point regarding the Uniform Civil Code.
He said, “After the Uniform Civil Code is implemented, there will be uniform law for every citizen. The law will not be related to any particular religion. Personal laws of different religions will end. Marriage, divorce and land-property matters There will be only one law. No one will get special benefits on the basis of religion.

Minister Balyan covered 82 km in 4 days. Will travel to After stopping at Haridwar today, on July 12, at 10 am, Balyan will reach Solani Bridge Roorkee at 10 am and will rest here and hold a meeting. His journey will proceed from here at 4 o’clock. At 8 o’clock he will rest the night at Ashok Chaudhary’s residence in Libberhedi on the Delhi-Dehradun Highway. Will also talk to Shiva devotees here.

On July 13, his journey from Roorkee will start at 6 am and will enter the Uttarakhand-UP border at SBN Degree College Purkaji Bypass at 10 am. Here he has a program to meet Shiva devotees. His convoy will proceed at 4 pm. Will stay at Heritage Resort Barla for night rest at 8 pm.
Taking forward the Kanwar Yatra at 6 am on July 14, Muzaffarnagar Pharmacy College will reach Rampur Tiraha at 10 am. Will reach Shiv Chowk at 8:00 pm on the same day. After that Shiva will perform Jalabhishek in the temple.
