Rajkot: Two laborers were killed in Kutch on Wednesday night after a pickup truck hit them.
The deceased have been identified as Parbat Somaiya (35) and Ramji Parmar (22). They were returning to their homes in Rapar town after work when the accident happened. Police said the two were hit from behind by a pickup truck near Trumbo Chowkdi, injuring them seriously and they died on the spot.
A case of negligent driving and death has been registered against the unidentified driver of the pickup truck.
