1. Amit Shah: On 12 November 2020, the account of Home Minister Amit Shah was blocked. The company had argued behind this that the photo of himself that Shah has put in his account is copyright of some company.
2. Sambit Patra: On 21 May 2021, Twitter had described BJP’s national spokesperson Sambit Patra’s tweet on the tool kit as ‘manipulated media’. There was a lot of controversy on this at that time.
3. Ravi Shankar Prasad: On 25 June 2021, Twitter blocked the account of Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad for 1 hour. It was then told that Ravi Shankar had violated the US law Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
