Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke Actor Shaheer Sheikh is set to collaborate with producer Rajan Shahi again

Speaking to ETimes, Shaheer said that though he was intent on taking a short sabbatical from work, the concept of the show appealed to him too much to drop the offer. She said that because it was a wonderful experience working with Rajan during the filming of Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar, she had to consider the offer. He described the show as Rajan’s passion project and said that the message Rajan wanted to convey through the show resonated with him.
On the personal front, Shaheer is busy enjoying parenthood after the birth of a baby girl this September. He named her Anaya. Talking about how being a parent changed his life, he said, “Life has changed a lot but in a good way. When my daughter looks at me and smiles, tears well up in my eyes. This happens every time! The feeling is indescribable… it’s crazy.”
Shaheer also said that though he had planned certain methods to raise his children from childhood, but he believes that every individual chooses his own path. He said that his intention is to give his daughter the space and freedom to be able to make choices and do whatever she wants.
Shaheer Sheikh made his television debut in 2009 in Kya Mast Hai Life. He received nationwide appreciation for his performance as Arjun, the third Pandava prince in Mahabharata, which aired from 2013 to 2014. In October last year, he married Ruchika Kapoor after dating. about two years.
