First of all take a pan and fry turmeric in a little ghee in it. By doing this, all the active compounds of turmeric get mixed in the ghee. Do this on very low flame. Now turn off the gas and add a pinch of black pepper powder in the same pan.

If you want, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg powder and a pinch of cinnamon powder to make it more beneficial and tasty.
