On Saturday, Sheezan Khan’s lawyer Shailendra Mishra submitted four applications in the Vasai court after the actor was sent to judicial custody.
Sheezan Khan, who is in judicial custody for 14 days in connection with Tunisha Sharma’s suicide, has sought home-cooked food, among other things. The Ali Baba actor’s lawyer Shailendra Mishra on Saturday submitted four applications in a Vasai court seeking permission to eat home-cooked food and use an inhaler for his asthma, reported news agency ANI. Not only this, the actor has also said that his hair should not be cut during his custody. In addition, Sheen has also sought permission to visit his family members in custody.
Tunisha’s uncle Pawan Sharma also shared that Sheezan’s lawyer submitted four applications in the court. “The court has sent Sheezan Khan to judicial custody for 14 days and he has also submitted four applications here. In the application, he has requested police protection, stopping the media trial and not cutting his hair,” he was quoted as saying by ANI.
Sharma requested further thorough investigation and alleged that Khan has not yet shared his Gmail account password. Tunisha’s uncle said, “She (Sheezan Khan) has not given the password of her Gmail account even after seven days of police investigation as she says she does not remember it.”
This comes as the Vasai court on Saturday sent Sheejan Khan to 14-day judicial custody in connection with Tunisha Sharma’s suicide case. Reportedly, the co-stars of Ali Baba dated each other and broke up just 15 days before the actress’ death. He was arrested on December 25 after Tunisha’s mother accused him of abetting her suicide. In her complaint, Tunisha’s mother had claimed that Sheezan ‘used’ her daughter.
Tunisha Sharma was found hanging in the makeup room of her show Ali Baba on 24 December. According to police officials, the 20-year-old actress went to the washroom on the sets and did not return for a long time. When the door was broken, she was found hanging inside. No suicide note has been recovered from the spot.
