Tunisha Sharma Suicide Case: A court on Saturday granted bail to actor Sheezan Khan. The Alibaba Dastaan-e-Kabul actor was taken into custody on December 26 after the late actress’s mother lodged a complaint of abetment to suicide. The actor was lodged in jail in judicial custody for almost two-and-a-half months.

The Vasai court granted bail to Sheejan on a surety of Rs one lakh. Also asked them to submit their passports. District Judge RD Deshpande heard the bail application. Along with this, Sheejan has been asked not to tamper with the evidence related to the case.

Sheejan Khan’s mother, both sisters, brother and maternal uncle were present in Vasai court. He expressed happiness and satisfaction after Sheejan got bail. He thanked the fans and the media for their support.

Shezaan’s sister Falak Naaz has reacted to the same. Taking to his Instagram story, he wrote, “Alhamdulillah.” In the month of January this year, Falak had shared a photo on social media with her brother Sheejan. The caption of his post read, “Always standing tall and strong with him no matter what! Surely Allah is aware of everyone’s intentions patience.”

Tunisha and Sheezan’s case

Tunisha (21) was found hanging in the washroom on the sets of the serial near Vasai in Maharashtra’s Palghar district on December 24, 2022. A day after her death, her co-star Sheezan was arrested after the late actress’s mother leveled allegations against him. of abetment to suicide and claimed that the actor ‘used’ her daughter.

Sheejan, in his petitions, has said that relationship building and breaking up are normal aspects of life and hence he cannot be held responsible for Tunisha’s death. After the charge sheet is filed, charges are framed by a judge and the trial begins.
