Dil Raju is one of the biggest names in Tollywood, producing and distributing films under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations for over two decades. Now he is soon going to add a new height to his cap by becoming the owner of a new film studio.
Hyderabad has developed into a center for filming. Bollywood, Kollywood and Mollywood celebrities often visit Ramoji Film City, which is one of the largest film studios in the world. Bollywood And Tamil stars including Salman Khan, Vijay, Yash, Mohanlal, Hrithik Roshan, Suriya, Ajith and Rajinikanth often travel to Hyderabad to shoot for their films.
All the film studios are finding it difficult to offer the floor and space for these productions as so many movies and web series are being made. Allu Arjun’s family recently opened a studio for their use in Hyderabad.
Chiranjeevi also has plans to open his own studio. Now Dil Raju is also joining the league. According to sources, the idea of setting up his own studio was given to Dil Raju by his daughter Hansita Reddy.
Dil Raju is planning to start his own film studio near Shamshabad city. The studio will be constructed on their own land, some reports suggest.
The construction of the studio is expected to start soon. Dil Raju’s new studio could be a significant addition to Hyderabad’s already vibrant film production infrastructure. An official announcement in this regard will be made soon.
On the work front, Thalapathy Vijay starrer Dil Raju’s first Tamil language production Varisu Pongal is planned for 2023 release.
