To-be mom Debina Banerjee shows pregnancy glow in traditional Bengali look at baby shower

Mom-to-be Debina Banerjee, who is in the third trimester of her pregnancy, had an intimate baby shower on March 24. The actress shared beautiful pictures flaunting her baby bump in a traditional Bengali look for her ‘Saadh’ (baby shower).

Debina was looking very beautiful in her traditional look at the Godbharai. She wore a maroon polka dot anarkali suit and completed her look with traditional jewellery, heavy bangles, bindi and vermilion on her forehead.

Debina and her actor husband Gurmeet Choudhary are expecting their first child together. The couple announced the pregnancy on social media in the month of February.

Sharing the first picture of her baby shower look, Debina opened up about her baby shower and how her mother made it special for her. He wrote, “Saadh” or desire in English. The desire for food of a pregnant woman is celebrated by the maternal side (here my mother) by cooking all the food that the woman likes.. “Bachcha Snan” in western country and “Lord Bharayi” in north India Sadh in Bengali. I didn’t have any particular craving for anything during the whole trip.. wanted to keep it private and completely to myself as I already feel like a company sending you all the best”

In another post, Debina shared a few close-up shots of her god-feeling look. Along with the pictures, she wrote, “Sharing the look I thought of creating. Though wanted to appear more Bengali, but seemed Bihari or may be more North Indian. ,

Since announcing her pregnancy, Debina has been sharing her journey on social media. From food cravings, mood swings to trying to conceive, the actress has opened up on her fans and followers.

Recently, she also shared a post in which she spoke about the anxiety that comes after every doctor’s appointment. The actress also shared that she has entered her third trimester and is battling with swollen legs, multiple toilet runs, feeling constipated, sneezing and coughing or even a hearty laugh. She wrote: “Reminds me I’m pregnant… Reminds me it’s real. … After so many years.. It’s finally yes.”
