‘Time when we glorify true heroes’: Ganguly launches initiative to help coaches and teachers – Watch

A day after his post created huge confusion on social media, the former India Captain and current BCCI President Sourav Ganguly has finally let himself go. On Monday, he announced the launch of a platform that is entirely designed to help coaches and teachers across various disciplines.

Ganguly took to his social media accounts and shared a letter with all the teachers, teachers and coaches explaining the initiatives and helping them grow in their respective fields.

Here’s what he wrote:

I am getting a lot of questions regarding my previous post. For some time now I have been thinking of a group of people who are selflessly helping our society and making India bigger every day.

IPL has given us amazing players, but what inspires me even more is how sweaty the coaches of all these players put in for their success. This is true not only for cricket, but also for all other fields like academia, football, music etc. I am lucky to have all the coaches who made me who I am today.”

For centuries, we have glorified actors, sportspersons and successful CEOs for their remarkable work. It is time we glorify the true heroes, their coaches and teachers.

I want to do something for all the trainers, teachers and teachers around the world. Starting today, we will actively work to support them all by becoming their ambassadors.

I am grateful to ClassPlus for helping me with my vision. I hope this new initiative will help all of them

Sourav Ganguly

Earlier on Wednesday, Ganguly made a cryptic post that sparked speculations about his resignation from the post of BCCI President.

His Twitter message on Wednesday afternoon had enough material to spark speculation that he might end his cricketing innings and make his debut in politics.

“2022 is the 30th year since the beginning of my journey with cricket in 1992. Since then, cricket has given me a lot. Most importantly, it has given me the support of all of you. I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey, who supported me and helped me get to where I am today.

“Today, I plan to start something that I think will probably help a lot of people. I hope you continue your support as I enter this chapter of my life,” Ganguly’s tweet read .

Hours later, Ganguly himself clarified late on Wednesday that it was not politics but an educational app that would be his new venture. The former India captain also clarified that the new venture will not affect his current innings. Cricket in India (BCCI).

“The message was a simple advertising stunt. There is no question of me resigning as BCCI President. I am going to launch a business educational app which will be my own venture,” he told a section of the media.
